TILLAMOOK, Ore. - Pictured washed ashore is the 56-foot fishing vessel, Double Eagle, Oct. 4, 2010, which capsized while attempting to cross the Tillamook Bay entrance bar Oct. 3, 2010. A 47-foot Motor Lifeboat crew responded, rescuing vessel master Robert S. Shaw, 54, and deckhand Jerramia J.
