Old British base from 1800's in Afghanistan - by: Tim King

The old buildings were once important locations for British troops during their invasion of Afghanistan in the 1870's. Interestingly, British Royal Marines are again using these facilities, at least part of the time, showing that prior wounds do heal over time.
